You know how the GOP has been screaming about those in Hollywood that covered up for the abusers? OK, so when are they going to demand the firing of those that covered up for the abusers in the White House?
Meanwhile, look at the background of the people that Trump has been deporting. Too bad that they didn’t work for the White House, they would be defended to the bitter end.
It’s late Friday morning, and there are 10 inches of snow on U.S. 421. U.S. 20 is just as bad. One plow between Gary and Michigan City. INDOT, where are the snow plows?
(It’s) the biggest snowfall in years. My wife and I live week to week because I’m disabled. Her boss told them no pay if they stay home — coming from a man that has enough money that it wouldn’t hurt him. So no matter what the weather, my wife will be out trying to get to work knowing that others in her office will not even try.
I’m done working, now I love sitting here and watching the snow from my warm house. It’s wintertime—let it snow!
What we are seeing in the GOP is a world alt-morality. They have a white-nationalist war on women. It’s a sexist caveman attitude. It’s force over diplomacy. Never admit anything, never apologize. Abusive and manipulative and toxic in personal relationships is their mantra.
What is Trump and his administration going to do about this Army of God Christian domestic terrorist organization? Just because they are white and home-grown doesn’t minimize the damage that they do. Terrorists are terrorists and they should all be treated the same way.
It’s just like with Flynn; They knew what they were getting, they just got caught getting it. Flynn didn’t lie to Pence, and Porter and the FBI didn’t lie to Kelly about the abuse. If the pictures didn’t come out, Porter would still be in the White House.
I tried telling all my Quickly pals that President Trump was a Democrat. And after passing a budget bill that puts about $1.2 trillion on the backs of our kids, trying to tell me different will surely aggravate me and bring a scathing Quickly from me. Shocked at how people would badmouth somebody from there own party. It must be a sign of the times, surely?
Laws and rules don’t seem to apply to the GOP anymore. Thanks to Trump, Evangelicals now call the Ten Commandments the “10 Suggested Guidelines.”
Just spent about two hours cleaning somebody’s mailbox. Who? I don’t even know because it froze shut and people think that its the mailperson’s job to maintain them. It sure is a sad world we live in these days where we’re quick to pick up the phone and complain to the postmaster, when helping people you don’t even know makes me feel so good. No thanks required; just sit on your lazy butt and stare out the window trying to figure out who it is.
Why is it that the people willing to work for this administration are either criminals, or have incredibly shaky moral backgrounds? But, they still hire them.
There is something really disturbing in this administration. They want to change every rule and regulation. They want to have total control over everyone and be able to get political revenge by firing people. This is not a family business, this is our federal government.
