Labor unions don’t send jobs overseas. The board of directors and the chief executive officers and the owners of companies send jobs overseas for cheaper labor and much less cost. It’s got nothing to do with the unions.
How many union people have ever stood up and said, “I could do with less.”
The NRA may have the money to support the politicians that agree with them, but “we the people” have the votes to get rid of those idiot politicians who think it’s OK to sell assault rifles, large clip handguns, body armor to the general public. I am not against the Second Amendment, as people have to hunt and protect themselves, but these other things are overkill and should not be allowed in a civilized society.

The Florida school shooting is devastating and horrific. Back in my day if you had a problem with another student you beat each other up and in couple days you’re friends. People today are evil cowards that have to shoot people.
Poof! It’s just gone. Like Social Security, there is little concern about where decades of pension holiday money disappeared, which could have been invested at a time of double digit earnings and interest. Looking at our state infrastructure, it wasn’t used for projects or the services from which most of us would benefit. If it could be tracked, it’s likely we’d find most it went into pockets, patronage, pet projects, and programs that buy and reward votes. Where is the outrage over that?
