Georgia sides with NRA : I expected Georgia to side with the NRA over their guns. That is why I left that racist, gun state. Everybody down there has been carrying a gun since I was a kid. I remember going into the hardware store when they use to sell guns in the hardware stores and buying a shotgun when I was 15 years old. The clerk didn’t ask for ID, actually, he did ask me for it, but I didn’t have an ID. They were supposed to record it and write the serial numbers in the book with your ID. He just took my money and told me to go. That’s how they are down there with the guns. It doesn’t surprise me that they want to stick it to Delta for doing the right thing.
More guns, more bullets: Arming teachers or guards with guns means more bullets flying. I suggest arming guards with a weapon that is more vocalized, on target and immediately mobilizes. This being a flamethrower.
Grammatical error: I am calling about a very serious mistake in the Courier-News today by a woman who was a former Illinois Teacher of the Year. Her name is Deb Perryman wrote this as quoted in the paper “If you had asked Elgin High School teacher Bridget Trimble and I when we first started this idea,” ect. It should not be “I,” it should be “me.” It is particularly grievous because here is the former Illinois Teacher of the Year making a gross mistake in grammar. Finding this kind of mistake in your newspaper is highly offensive. But thank you for listening to my complaint. I hope you contact Ms. Perryman and straighten her out in her grammar.
Gun control hypocrites: All these gun grabbers are such big hypocrites. I wonder how many of them are illegal immigrants? How many have ignored the issue of all these priest abusing children. Priests form the Catholic Church abusing children. What about all these coaches abusing children? Is that any different than someone bringing a rife? We have laws. The law says you can’t bring a gun 1,000 yards within a school or church. Yet all these people going absolutely nuts saying we have to take away the guns. I tell you, I will never set foot in Dick’s Sporting Goods again as long as I live or until they change their policy. I am so sick and tired of all these people who when they don’t agree with something, they punish other people so they can get their own way. I support people too. I have money too. I will be damned if I am going support people who want to take away the rights of law abiding citizens. Furthermore, 18 year old can go to war and give their lives for their country. You are going to disrespect them by saying they can’t have a gun when they get back. What hypocrites.
Putin’s threats: I doubt we would hear sabre rattling from Russia’s Putin if we didn’t continually poke the Russian bear with the political collusion stick. If the kids in Florida are shook up over the school shooting, how do you think they feel about Florida being called out with Putin’s nuclear threat?
Don’t back gutless politicians: I am calling about the incident in Oswego with the assault weapon as they say and the knife. All you brave politicians, are you going against the knife companies now? The man wielding the knife almost killed a woman and her baby yet to be born, stabbed her husband, cut her leg and threatened other people with a knife. Where are you politicians now? Go after the knife companies. Thank God for the man who had concealed and carry. He did it right. He should be praised not knocked down by politicians who have 15 armed guards around them 24 hours a day. Wake up people. Quite backing these politicians who have no guts and no spines, no nothing. The NRA is not the most perfect thing, but is it better than what you are offering which is nothing. God bless that man for saving the woman, her baby and her husband.
Sears complaint: I can see why Sears is going belly up and won’t be around much longer. I have one of the bench top table saws, beautiful little machine. It is roughly 25 years and has always worked good. The belt that runs the whole sawing operation broke, a small little belt. Their national headquarters tell they can’t get the part anymore because they don’t make them and it is 25 years old. Here is this $200 piece of equipment that is totally useless because a $3 part can’t be had. I hope they go belly up tomorrow.
Presidential scandals: One of the worst comments about our president was the reader who blamed him for the so-called freak show scandals in the Trump administration as if it is his fault for the sins of others. You should know, we are all responsible for our own actions. And by the way, the Obama years probably had more scandals than any.
White House cupboard bare: You can say what you want Trump supporters. That is because everyone is not a Trump supporter. This is the worst administration in history. I pray and pray for it to get better. Since his inauguration there have been 16 people, with Hope Hicks, who have left his administration. The cupboard is bare. He fights with Jeff Sessions, his AG. Unheard of, public fights with the AG. I mean, it is just crazy. We have no one up there to run the White House. You can be angry with me, call me whatever you want to call me, but you know I am right. You know this man should not be in the White House. He doesn’t have a clue of what he is doing.
Wanted: good liars: Do you know the first question on your application when you go to work for the Trump administration? Number one, are you a good liar?
