The narrative the NRA has been pushing all week is that the school resource officer stopped a massive shooting in Maryland by killing the shooter. The officer acted bravely, but the shooter killed himself. Nice try at pushing their agenda.
Holy cow, people. For the last time, there is no such thing as an internet gun sale loophole. It’s just not a thing. It is totally, absolutely, 100% illegal to sell a gun to someone via the internet without a background check. What is legal is arranging a sale via the internet and then conducting a face to face transaction, which is not at all the same thing.
Far be it for me to tell the Hobart police how to do their jobs. All the same, the next time you want to direct traffic, try getting your butts out of your cars and directing it that way, instead of trying to rely on your telepathic abilities, and those of others to get your message across.
If you have to push propaganda and extreme falsehoods to get your point across, you already know that you don’t have a leg to stand on.
I cannot wait until 2019 when Democrats control Congress and present Trump with bills, which he’ll probably sign since he has no real core values, to really start making America great again.
The gun violence problem is just one issue that has paralyzed our politicians since the influence of dark money. Money and greed corrupts everyone. Citizens United needs to be repealed, then without the outside cash influence, our legislators will be able to tackle these issues.
The kids are showing us what righteous honesty and courage look like. The “grown-ups” are doctoring photographs to smear them anonymously. So much for asking kids to take their lessons from the grown-ups.
I find it disgusting that the very people that want to send our young people to war are the ones that never had the guts to take up arms themselves. Disgusting, spineless, cowards.
Most parents love their children and take every opportunity to brag and share wonderful news about them. If you notice, the president has five children, yet you only hear him constantly bragging and adoring his daughter Ivanka. What about the other four? That is not normal.
