Teen and Youth SMART Recovery: LEAD hosts this addiction recovery program available to youth ages 14-22 to help overcome unhealthy habits (drinking and drug usage), or behaviors (eating and gaming issues). SMART Recovery is judgement-free, promoting self-help and choice to achieve a healthy, positive and balanced lifestyle.
