Show some compassion for refugees. You probably have one or more ancestors who were desperate enough to go across Europe, then pay to cross the Atlantic in the dirty, crowded steerage section of a wooden, wind powered ship so that they could wait on Ellis Island for a chance to enter this country.
Will the 2,000-plus Trump Orphans, who have been ripped from their families and sent to hidden camps all over the country, ever be reunited with their families? s this how we make America great again? It’s a new “Trail of Tears.”
Mrs. Trump’s spokesperson said that there was no “hidden message” in her jacket saying “I really don’t care. Do u?” Right , she was just being your typical 16 year old obnoxious teenager looking for attention.
Trump rules by fear, half-truths and outright lies. That’s why most people never believe anything that he says.
I have always thought that Melania Trump was possibly the only member of this clan with any class. After her stunt wearing the jacket with the “I don’t care. Do u?” She is really as tone deaf as the rest of them.
Trump called a man with long hair at his rally “darling.” He also said he didn’t know if that was a man or a woman and suggested that he get a haircut. Imagine that, the man with the most ridiculed hair in the world, thinks someone else should take his advice when it comes to hair.
Brilliant! With the stroke of a pen, President Trump was able to get the liberals to admit to what their true wishes really are. The liberals have no care about the illegal immigrant children — they just want open borders. He gave them what they were asking for with his executive order, and when they got it, they said, “uh, no, how about catch-and-release instead.” Why bother even having laws?
You’re right, Quickly commenter who’s apparently never read the first amendment to the Constitution. It was way out of line for people in America to peaceably assemble to petition their government via protest. How dare they speak to our government overlords in a restaurant, a RESTAURANT of all places? This must be stopped. Good call, person who has no familiarity with Americans’ freedom of speech and the notion of an accountable government.
I am proud of our president for stepping up to the plate and correcting this illegal immigrant child separation mess that has gone unchecked for many years. But the root problem is still not fixed. We need to keep these illegal immigrants our of the country and right now the best way to do this is to build the wall. The amount we spend yearly managing these illegals is more than the cost of the wall. Thinks about it — less than a one year’s payback. Not many government programs are that productive. Build the wall and be done with it.
Just wait, it won’t be that long before Trump and his blundering staff of “America first” xenophobes propose withdrawing us from the United Nations. That’s been the conservatives’ dream for years.
Removing regulations that protect us, constant lying, alienating our allies while praising dictators, and disgracing gold star families. Just a few of Trump’s accomplishments. If you support this, then you deserve the name deplorable.
