Press secretary Sarah Huckabee-Sanders called Buckley this morning to inform him of the decision.
Buckley has already ordered the Annapolis flags lowered. Gov. Larry Hogan had ordered Maryland state flags to be lowered to half-staff from Friday through sunset on Monday.
