In this Dec. 24, 2019 photo, President Donald Trump speaks to members of the media following a Christmas Eve video teleconference with members of the military at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla. As a candidate for the White House, Donald Trump repeatedly promised that he would "immediately" replace President Barack Obama's health care law with a plan of his own that would provide "insurance for everybody." Back then, Trump made it sound that his plan — "much less expensive and much better" than the Affordable Care Act — was imminent. And he put drug companies on notice that their pricing power no longer would be "politically protected." Nearly three years after taking office, Americans still are waiting for Trump's big reveal.

A nightmare has been unleashed in this country. We have to take a serious stand against anti-Semitism and racism and demand that our elected leaders do the same. Where is our president and attorney general on this serious issue?

I’ll bet the farm that those who are parroting Trump’s claims that the impeachment is a sham, a hoax, a witch hunt, and thoroughly partisan, didn’t hear one single word uttered by the State Department staffers who testified about Trump’s essentially criminal behavior. The vast majority of Republicans in Trump’s base admit that they get most of their “news” from Trump’s tweets.

A fair trial is what’s needed to get us past this impeachment. The Senate has already said they have no intention of giving a fair trial. As long as they intend to do Trump’s bidding, we will not get past the impeachment.

The trade war that Trump declared would be “easy to win” is now being attacked even by conservative sources for its negative effects on production, prices, and, in some cases, even employment. That’s what happens when someone who specializes in bankruptcies is put in charge of the economy.

I am fearful if president Trump gets impeached. Life is quite good now, job pays more than ever, taxes are down this year to lowest level in my life, economy is good, border security is improving, trade is improved as well as world relations. What happens if Trump is gone? I hate to think of things going back to where they were five years ago.

The Democrats are debating on America’s behalf. The Republicans are debating on Russia’s behalf. They are now all members of the Fox News cult.

I thought Uber drivers bring you home safely. One in a white SUV just blew a red light on Route 6 and came too close to colliding with me. Didn’t even stop at his red light and I’m sure his fare probably (freaked out). Cheap taxis for me, thank you.

President Trump’s behavior, language and lack of values or conscience are an accelerant for hate and violence. The Associated Press shows that there were more mass killings in 2019 than any year dating back to at least 1970.

I agree with the Quickly reader input that states that the Quickly editor has Trump Derangement Syndrome. In real life, I find that 90% of people I relate to are pro Trump. In Quickly, the posted comments are 90% anti Trump. But the people I relate with are all employed and educated. I don’t see that being the case for those that get their comments published in Quickly.

Donald Trump has brought much of his trouble on himself by his own pure vindictiveness, his extreme hatred of Hillary Clinton an initial case in point. Sooner or later that self destructs.

Trump’s staff have all ignored congressional subpoenas, but now the very idea that Joe Biden might do the same has sent Republicans into a flurry of righteous outrage. What a bunch of whining, incredibly stupid, morally bankrupt hypocrites.

Trump is going to negotiate a peace treaty with the Taliban and give them California in return. He will then build a wall separating California with the rest of the country.
