The Southridge Elementary teachers in Highland had a parade today. They decorated their cars and drove through the streets honking their horns. Kids stood outside their front doors waving at their teachers. It a nice attempt to connect with their students stuck at home.

It takes a lot of nerve for Senate Majorly Leader McConnell to accuse Democrats of standing in the way of coronavirus response bill when it is a $500 billion slush fund for rich donors. That is really the problem.

President Klutz is at it again, with his sarcastic “that’s too bad” comment upon hearing the Mitt Romney is in isolation.

On March 1, there were 89 cases of coronavirus in the United States. On March 23, there are 32,502 cases so far. And the president thinks people should go back to doing regular things, because he doesn’t like what is happening to the economy and stock market.

The incompetence and irresponsibility of the Trump administration is appalling but expected. Key roles throughout the administration are either unfilled, filled with temporary, acting officials or filled with completely unqualified people. Their response to this crisis shows exactly how derelict they are in their jobs.

I have so much respect for people that sacrifice years of their lives to master medicine and science. It’s a real shame that our current government leaders don’t appreciate their skills, and would rather rely on gut feelings and hunches.

Hillary Clinton warned us, but you wouldn’t listen. “Just imagine Donald Trump in the Oval Office facing a real crisis. We can’t afford that kind of risk.”

When the Senate included a $500 billion slush fund to be used at Trump’s disposal, rather than healthcare first, or the people out of work first, you know why the negotiations have been a huge problem in the emergency rescue package.

Now that Governor Holcomb has ordered law enforcement to conduct only essential business, will New Chicago be suspending the revolving door traffic stops on Ridge Road for a little bit? Or are they going keep running their little cash grab because without ticket revenue that sad little town would fold in a week and those cops would have to get real jobs?

Dr. Fauci is going to get fired. He has been way too honest in interviews this weekend.

When Republicans and their media sites have started to criticize President Trump and Vice President Pence for their response and untruths, you know people have reached their limits with his nonsense.

Do you notice how Trump attacks every governor that has asked for his help?

Hey guys — No matter how many millions of people suffer or even die during this pandemic, never forget that the real victim here is Donald Trump.

Now I see that the National Guard has been called out to California, Washington and New York. These people can’t self restrict their activities during this crisis, so now they have to call out the National Guard to take care of it. The next thing you know they’re going to be screaming that their civil rights have been violated because they can’t go to the beach and other places to infect everybody. It it Is their right to infect anybody they want to. The old are going to die anyway; the young, well, who cares? It’s all about them, and you know who I’m talking about. The Millennials self-indulgent group.

Have you ever tried to argue with a Trump fan? You get nowhere, because they just talk in circles with no facts. These are the same people that fall for every pyramid scheme and work at home scam. They have no life savings but will take their paycheck to the casino, always hoping for that “big win.”
