Senate Republicans are saying a multi-trillion dollar relief bill being considered in the House would be “dead on arrival” at the Senate. It’s too expensive, they say. Too expensive? Even when our country was in good health, Republicans had no trouble at all passing a $1.2 trillion tax giveaway to one-percenters, corporations, and their rich donors. Oh, and the Quickly contributor with the new camper.
Another whistleblower has come forward. Dr. Rick Bright is claiming that coronavirus virus warnings were ignored and he was pressured to award contracts to Trump’s cronies. How much more of this stuff are we supposed to take?
President Trump says that schools should “absolutely open” this fall. He said that Dr. Anthony Fauci did not give an “acceptable answer.” That means, not the right one, but the one that Trump wanted to fit his re-election campaign.
I think everyone needs to give up cable news, which is around 10% fact and 90% opinion, for one month, no matter which cable channel you watch. Opinions are just what someone thinks whether it is fact or fiction. Internet news & Sunday morning news programs on your local TV channels should be given up for the same period. Only get local and world news on your local channels. This is to get a different perspective of what is ACTUALLY going on in the world. There are no opinions, just news that occurred that day. You will get the news the way it was before cable & internet.
Judge Sullivan is now kicking that door wide open to revisit all of the reasons why Michael Flynn is a felon and a traitor in the first place, and why he is right, in refusing to drop the case. Well played Judge Sullivan, well played!
The commenter that’s trying to turn the table on Trump and his supporters, being the sore losers cracks me up. Is the grass blue and the sky green now to? And then they wonder where the term (snowflake) comes from giving such a perfect example!
Please, do tell, what is it that the Republicans are trying to do about this COVID-19 crisis? After ignoring it for weeks, then calling it a hoax, now they are washing their hands of it, trying to move their focus to the economy and Trump’s re-election. Just disgraceful!

Watch this one closely. The FBI has taken Senator Richard Burr’s cellphone and is investigating his illegal sale of stock. If they don’t do the same for Kelly Loeffler, the purpose will be to replace Burr as the chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee and to punish him for not protecting Trump.
It’s alright to sacrifice citizens to the virus. As long as we get the economy started and the stock market continues to make wealthy people more money. The Republican game plan in a nutshell.
There is no “Obamagate,”. But rather a “Flynngate” or more appropriately a “Trumpgate.” Who is the one trying to get all of his criminal cases dismissed? Who is the one with all of his pals either in prison or facing prison time?
Good luck talking about (Obamagate) and how lying Joe Biden was one of the people that unmasked General Flynn. Or how Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch during the hearings on Ukraine lied through her teeth, about Burisma Oil company and Hunter Biden. If it would of been all Republicans involved, you wouldn’t here the end of it, like bashing the president daily. Nothing to see here folks, Obama’s there hero!
It’s painfully clear how people’s behavior is panning out during this crisis. Democrats generally follow the rules, Republicans generally flaunt them. It’s the same as with climate change. Democrats generally find it a matter of grave concern. Republicans generally find it something to joke and laugh about.
