* A story on the front page of the Business section on Wednesday incorrectly stated that the $52.8 million Illinois collected in tax revenue during the first six months of recreational marijuana sales was nearly double budget estimates. In fact, it only exceeded estimates.

* An op-ed column Thursday incorrectly stated author Dennis Byrne’s characterization of Gov. J.B. Pritzker. The column should have stated that Pritzker is “a billionaire with no firsthand acquaintance with checking accounts drying up and pink slips arriving, has demonstrated that he hasn’t an inkling about the misery that he has caused.”
