And her brother-in-law, the 21-time Grammy Award-winning hip-hop superstar Kanye West came in at a distant No. 2 for the bold-faced names raking in the most money during the pandemic-plagued first year of the new decade.
Despite the 23-year-old influencer’s messy history with the leading finance publication, the financial experts at Forbes calculated she took home a whopping $590 million this year after selling a majority stake in her beauty brand to Coty Inc.
West, who is the self-proclaimed “greatest artist that God ever created” brought home $170 million.

The aspiring politician – already worth 1.3 billion – has his partnership with Adidas to thank for his hefty payday.
Elite athletes such as Roger Federer ($106.3 million), Cristiano Ronaldo ($105 million), Lionel Messi ($104 million), Neymar ($95.5 million) and LeBron James ($88.2 million) helped round out the top 10 of the list, in addition to film and TV mogul Tyler Perry ($97 million), legendary radio shock jock Howard Stern ($90 million) and the most followed man in America Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson ($87.5 million).
The world’s top-earning stars made a combined $6.1 billion in 2020, $200 million less than last year – attributed to the coronavirus pandemic’s devastating impact on the entertainment industry.
