Catherine O’Hara’s prolific awards season is no joke.
The actress completed a clean sweep of the five major TV awards shows by winning best actress in a comedy series for “Schitt’s Creek” at Sunday’s virtual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
She had previously won the equivalent honor at the Emmys, Golden Globes, TCA Awards and Critics Choice Awards.
The Toronto-born O’Hara, 67, plays matriarch Moira Rose in the comedy about a wealthy family losing its fortune.
“It’s hard to put into words how incredibly honoured we are to have worked with you each day,” reads a tweet shared on the official Twitter page for “Schitt’s Creek” after Sunday’s win.
“Schitt’s Creek” also won the award Sunday for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a comedy series.
