One person was wounded in an Aurora shooting Sunday on the city’s East Side.
Around 2 p.m. Sunday Aurora police officers went to the 1000 block of North Lake Street for reports of gunshots. While responding, a person with a gunshot wound arrived at a local hospital, police said.
As of Monday afternoon, the person is in stable condition.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Aurora Police Department at 630-256-5500.
