Nojus Indrusaitis, Lemont, sophomore, guard/forward: Averaged 21.0 points, 7.0 rebounds for sectional champions. First team all-state, all-conference.
Ty Rodgers, Thornton, senior, forward: Averaged 17.2 points, 15.3 rebounds, 7.9 assists, 3.0 steals, 3.0 blocked shots for regional champions. First team all-state, all-conference. Committed to Illinois.

Lidell Miller, Morgan Park, senior, forward: Averaged 19.6 points, 15.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists. Honorable mention all-state. All-conference.
Michael Morawski, Andrew, senior, forward: Averaged 16.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 3.1 steals for regional champions. All-conference.
Bryce Tillery, Hillcrest, junior, guard: Averaged 12.0 points, 4.0 assists for regional and conference champions. Third team all-state.
