The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
David Martinez, 45, of the 1N200 block of Main Street, Glen Ellyn, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and improper lighting/head or tail lights at 1:08 a.m. May 20 at North Route 59 and McDowell Road.
Ricky Arnez Raines, 37, of the 9400 block of Knodell Street, Detroit, was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of weapons, driving on a suspended/revoked license, improper turn, not wearing a seat belt, possession of a controlled substance and speeding at 2:36 a.m. May 20 at South Route 59 and East New York Street.
Douglas George Bade, 28, of the first block of North Lincolnway Street, North Aurora, was arrested on a warrant at 8:20 a.m. May 20 at West Ogden Avenue and Aurora Avenue.
Robert L. Kowsky, 40, of the 1800 block of Waverly Way, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant at 6:37 p.m. May 20 in the 600 block of South Washington Street.
Breanna Germaine Lishman, 21, of the 1600 block of West Diehl Road, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant at 11:41 p.m. May 20 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
Corry Lamont Norris, 48, of the 2700 block of Village Green Drive, Aurora, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, improper window tinting/treatment and driving without insurance at 1:45 a.m. May 21 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
Angelo Bantugan Concepcion, 25, of the 2400 block of Sawyer Avenue, La Grange, was arrested on charges of DUI/alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, possession of cannabis and speeding at 3:11 a.m. May 21 at Naperville Wheaton Road and East Ogden Avenue.
Corey Lee Tillman, 28, of the 7500 block of Forest Avenue, Munster, Indiana, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and improper lighting/head or tail lights at 8:29 p.m. May 21 at East 75th Street and Naper Boulevard.
Shantae Devon Ratliff, 35, of the 1000 block of South William Street, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without insurance and speeding at 9:06 p.m. May 21 at North Route 59 and Platinum Avenue.
Adrian Vargas, 21, of the 1500 block of Inyo Avenue, Newman, California, was arrested on charges of not having a front/rear plate/permit displayed and illegal possession of ammunition at 12:22 a.m. May 22 in the 1500 block of North Route 59. He was also arrested on charges of illegal transportation of cannabis, driving without insurance, unlawful use of cannabis by a driver and not having a front/rear plate/permit displayed at 4:51 p.m. May 22 at Royal Saint George Drive and West Ogden Avenue.
