This Jan. 6 scam on TV was a disaster and a clown show. Nancy Pelosi wouldn’t let conservative Republicans Jim Jordan or Jim Banks on the panel because Pelosi is scared of the truth. See the selective cuts in video. Two Republicans on committee were RINOs. They’re socialist Democrats. It was all fake. They had to use teleprompters to read. Nancy Pelosi made this a partisan one-sided embarrassment.

To whoever in Burbank. Get yours fact straight. The Republicans refused to put members on the committee. They were given the opportunity to have others on it and refused. To Sue of New Lenox, the same. Use real facts. That pipeline had one purpose, to get Canadian oil to the gulf for shipment overseas no oil for the USA.

I don’t understand why President Donald Trump is being blamed for Jan. 6 and God knows everything else. The folks that protested Jan. 6 were all grown adults with a mind of their own to choose right or choose wrong. They chose wrong. President Trump didn’t, he wasn’t even there. He’s not responsible for another adult’s actions. And by the way, I am a Democrat but the shape this country is in today and all the hatred and anger in this administration, I am done.

Biden was on Jimmy Kimmel’s show. Ever a Biden lover, he had to cut Joe’s response out of embarrassment. After watching this, I’m surprised the supposedly most powerful man on Earth even knows when he has to use the bathroom.

For the fall elections, here’s hoping Democrats are as delusional as Marv in thinking that emotional issues like abortion and rifles that don’t affect most people will override actual issues like inflation, high gas prices, food and baby formula shortages, 8,000 people entering the country illegally every day, unpunished violence in large cities, funding a proxy war in Ukraine that affects many people.

Christine from Evergreen Park, you make valid points about gas prices and baby formula during the Trump years. Basic rights never threatened? That depends on your definition of basic. I think we have the right to a fair and levelheaded president. Trump can never rightfully be accused of those characteristics.

I’m sure most people are aware of State Farm’s recent fiasco involving funding for distribution of three LGBTQ books to public school children ages 5 and up. While diversity may be an admiral goal, I hope our major corporations will not succumb to any chief diversity officer or individual within their company pushing a woke culture or other extreme position. Too many companies are embracing controversial social issues rather than focusing on their reason for existence, providing a product or service and jobs for the people.

Police love license plate readers but why aren’t the police ticketing people who have removed the paint from their back license plates so they can go through the tolls and not be charged like everyone else. Every day, you can see these plates with part or all of their paint removed. You can go on the road or you can go in any parking lot and find many of these plates. Let’s start making everyone pay their fair share. The rest of us are getting tired of them getting away with this.

My son is a cancer patient and his puppy was lost or stolen May 4 or 5 from the Chicago Heights area. Please return this puppy if found. She is a snickerdoodle Light tan in color with a yellow vest. Please contact the Chicago Heights nonemergency police section. This puppy was given to him three months ago as a support dog due to his cancer.

A journalist asked him over a century ago why he thought he deserved to be so wealthy. His answer was simple and contrite: the Lord gave me my money, he said. Since I am sure you are not a hypocrite, you also must not round off the side-growth of your heads nor harm the edges of your beard, per Leviticus 19:27; eat pork or touch pigskin, Leviticus 11:8; or wear garments made of two materials nor wear a garment upon you of two kinds of material mixed together, Leviticus 19:19.
