The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
Luis Jimenez Salmeron, 42, of the 800 block of North Brainard Street, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant at 3:08 a.m. July 8 in the first block of West Chicago Avenue.
Jose Armando Urquizo, 26, of the 200 block of Andover Court, Bolingbrook, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of fleeing police and possession of a controlled substance at 4:55 p.m. July 8 in the 900 block of Fairway Drive.
Zacchaeus Bernard Smith, 25, of the 2100 block of Laurel Avenue, Hanover Park, was arrested on a warrant at 10:22 p.m. July 8 at North Route 59 and Glacier Park Avenue.
Matthew Leonard Moore, 29, of the 3200 block of Julie Lane, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, driving on a suspended/revoked license and obstructing identification at 12:19 a.m. July 9 at North Route 59 and Brookdale Road.
Reda Boules Abd, 24, of the 2500 block of Crystal Court, Woodridge, was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 3:03 a.m. July 9 at North River Road and Crab Apple Court.
Christopher M. Johnson, 29, of the 900 block of Asbury Drive, Aurora, was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions and DUI/alcohol at 5:36 a.m. July 9 at East Interstate 88 and North Route 59.
Felicia Irena Thomas, 29, of the 300 block of South Kilbourn Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a passenger and illegal transportation of cannabis by a passenger at 11:06 p.m. July 9 at East Ogden Avenue and North Loomis Street.
Jose Concepcion Serrano-Guzman, 56, of the 800 block of Forest Lane, Carol Stream, was arrested on a charge of DUI/alcohol at 11:31 p.m. July 9 at South Naper Boulevard and Cassin Road.
Beyvon Anthony North, 19, of the 4200 block of Chesapeake Drive, Aurora, was arrested on charges of fleeing police, driving on a suspended/revoked license and not having a front/rear plate/permit displayed at 7:11 p.m. July 10 at South Route 59 and McCoy Drive.
Ruben Christopher Fuentes, 22, of the 2300 block of Reflection Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a charge of speeding in excess of 35 mph over the posted limit at 1:19 a.m. July 10 at Amersale Drive and North Aurora Road.
