Freshmen Kai Owens and Phillip Goodrich Jr. continued their strong play in a loss to Nazareth.

Offensive Player of the Week

Junior running back Nick Day rushed for 195 yards and five touchdowns on 30 carries in Antioch’s 49-6 Northern Lake County Conference win against previously unbeaten Grayslake North.

Defensive Player of the Week

Senior defensive back Tyler Erkman had nine tackles and broke up a pass in Lake Zurich’s 23-14 win against previously unbeaten Warren. He also caught four passes for 116 yards and two touchdowns.
