Rosary High School at 901 N. Edgelawn Drive in Aurora will host its second annual Pancake Breakfast with Santa from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Dec. 4.
The breakfast will include pancakes and sausage, coffee, orange juice and water. Those attending can play games and make crafts and get a photo taken with Santa, organizers said.
The cost of the event is $7 for adults and $3 for children 6 to 12 years old. Children under 6 years old get in free.
Those looking to attend are encouraged to RSVP by Dec. 2 at www.rosaryhs.com/santa. Walk-ins will be welcome too, organizers said.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the school’s Sister Mary Joseph Scholarship, named in honor of Rosary High School’s founding principal.

Geneva participating in Toys for Tots
The city of Geneva is participating in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots program, city officials said.
The community is invited to drop off new, unwrapped gifts at two city locations – the foyer of the City Hall Building Division, 109 James St., and the vestibule at the Geneva Public Works Department, 1800 South St. The last day to donate is Dec. 12.
The American Public Works Association-Fox Valley Branch, which Geneva is a member of, is partnering with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s donation program. The need for toys remains high with many families experiencing economic hardships due to inflation, according to city officials.
Timed tickets to 2023 Warhol exhibit at COD going on sale
Timed entry tickets for the 2023 “Andy Warhol Portfolios: A Life in Pop” exhibition at the College of DuPage will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3.
The 11,000-square-foot art exhibit, featuring 94 works on loan through Bank of America’s Art in Our Communities program, will be presented June 3 to Sept. 10 at the Cleve Carney Museum of Art and the McAninch Arts Center at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn.
Weekday tickets will cost $25 and weekend tickets are $30 for the show. Tickets that can be used at any time on a specific date are already on sale for $40. Discounts are available for seniors, children, military personnel and groups.
For an additional $15, ticket buyers can receive a Warhol exhibition poster and tote bag. A $50 add-on includes both bonuses as well as a limited edition exhibit catalogue with essays and full color photos.
