‘Average Day’ play

Visitors can celebrate Mother’s Day with a tour of the greenhouse and the gardens. The Gleeson Irish Trio will perform. There will also be food trucks, yard games, children’s crafts, history hikes, a vendor’s fair and more.
Going green

Chocolate stroll
The Downtown Naperville Chocolate Walk will be from 12 to 4 p.m. May 13 starting at the Naperville Public Library’s Community Room in Naperville. Tickets are $30. At 200 W. Jefferson Ave. 630-544-3372; downtownnaperville.com.
Participants receive a bag and a map to locate the stops in downtown Naperville where they can gather tasty treats.
Mom’s night out
