The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 26-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, driving without insurance, not wearing a seat belt and unlawful use of a cell phone while driving at an undisclosed time Oct. 31 at West 75th Street and Olympus Drive.
- A 29-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 5:22 p.m. Oct. 31 at McDowell Road and Westminster Drive.
- A 37-year-old man from Yorkville was arrested on charges of improper window tinting/treatment, driving on an expired registration, driving on a suspended license, no insurance/operator under suspension and driving without insurance at 8:25 p.m. Oct. 31 in the 1600 block of Pebblewood Lane.
- A 25-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:32 p.m. Oct. 31 in the 1200 block of Rickert Drive.
- A 23-year-old woman from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lighting/head or tail lights and driving without insurance at 12:46 a.m. Nov. 1 at West 75th Street and Book Road.
- A 31-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of reckless driving, illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and improper window tinting/treatment at 2:05 a.m. Nov. 1 at Brookdale Road and North Route 59.
- A 27-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of identity theft, obstructing identification and resisting a peace officer at 12:37 p.m. Nov. 1 in the 2800 block of Cedar Glade Drive.
- A 26-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of speeding 35 mph over the limit, driving without a valid registration and driving without insurance at 12:44 a.m. Nov. 2 at Cantore Road and South Route 59.
- A 29-year-old woman from Woodridge was arrested on charges of failure to yield/intersection, driving under the influence of drugs-cannabis and illegal transportation of cannabis at 7:27 a.m. Nov. 2 at Route 59 and Ogden Avenue.
