Joseph P Wilkerson (Buster) of Gary, Indiana 73 years old passed away May 28th 2026. He is survived by his twin daughters, Jasmine Wilkerson (Brian Forbes) of Arlington, Texas and Joshlyne Massengill of Lafayette, Indiana; four grandchildren, Jamel Ammons Jr, Jace Forbes, Justyce Forbes and Byrson Forbes; one brother, Jacob Wilkerson of Gary, Indiana, four sisters Mildred Blakemore of Brooklyn, New York, Wenonah Oliver of Bartlett, Tennessee, Joan Singh of Florida and MaryAnn Wilkerson-Downs of Lake Station, Indiana along with a host of other relatives and friends that will truly miss him. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 27,2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Guy & Allen Chapel 2959 West 11th Ave Gary, Indiana 46404.
