Judith “Judy” Kay Sindt, born in 1942 in Peoria, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home after an extended illness. She is survived by Jim, her husband of over six decades; her three children, Jill (Paul) Schermerhorn, Paul (Elizabeth; Kristine) Sindt, and Tara (Ken) Yuen; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Velda, and siblings Evelyn (Thomas) Wyatt, Norman (Shirley; Maria) Bruce, Roberta (Bernard) Green, and Donald (Sally; Mary Jane; Carole) Bruce, and by her dear friend and mother-in-law, Gertrude Sindt. A Celebration of Life will be held at Park Ridge Community Church, 100 Courtland Avenue, Park Ridge, Illinois 60068 on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Immediately following the service at 3:00 p.m. everyone is invited to gather for a reception in the Church’s Jordan Hall. Judy is inurned at Town of Maine Cemetery, Park Ridge, Illinois.
