Louise Carol “Easy” Green, age 81, of Gary, IN, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026, peacefully surrounded by family. Graduate of Gary Roosevelt High School, C/O 1963. Preceded in death by parents Chester Bills Sr. and Catherine Varnado Bills; daughter Angela Reumar Green; brothers Ollie, Chester Jr., and John Kenneth Bills; sisters Renador Curtis and Peggy Jean Allen; sister‑in‑law Patricia Bills. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Fountain R. Green; sons Chester D. Green and Johnathan R. Green; grandchildren Dominique (Harry) Moon, Austin, Amiyah, and Ariana Green; great‑grandson Jaxon Moon; sisters Cathy Saleem and Annetrice Bills; and a host of family and friends. Visitation Saturday, June 27, 2026, 9–11 a.m., with service at 11 a.m., all at Peace Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1201 Chase St., Gary, IN 46404. Interment: Evergreen Memorial Park, Hobart, IN. J.R.
