Mark Anton Elliott OBITUARY
Mark Anton Elliott OBITUARY
Mark Anton Elliott, beloved husband of Elke, fell asleep in the Lord on May 11th 2026 in Park Ridge IL. Loving father of Matt (Nicolette), Lainie, Andrew, and proud grandfather to Violet and Mark. Cherished son of Helen Elliott (the late Louis Elliott). Dear brother of Lisa Bastounes (Tom) , Jon Elliott (Toula), Mike Elliott (Joanne) and dear brother in law of Gitte and Eric Sato. Son-in-law to Anja Borchert. Devoted uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Mark was a man of faith, who loved giving more than receiving. He was a generous soul whom always managed to find ways of getting the impossible accomplished, no matter the odds. He took pride in providing and caring for his family until the very end.
Mark was a real estate developer who’s work ethic was unmatched. He created homes where families shared and cherished precious moments. Through his business interactions, he gained respect and honored the relationships he formed.
A special thank you to all of the staff at Lutheran General Hospital who made Mark comfortable and relaxed in his final weeks.

With heartfelt sympathy,
Thirty years ago, the Elliott family built our home, but more importantly, they built a lasting friendship with our family. My husband and I grew to love the Elliott family for their warmth, kindness, generosity, and the care they put into everything they did — including building a truly wonderful home for us.
Our prayers and deepest condolences are with the entire Elliott family during this difficult time.
Mark, I know by now you are reunited with your dad, and I can only imagine the grand old time you are having together. You will be remembered fondly and missed dearly.
With love and sympathy,
Cynthia Lazarus (Erv)
