Mary Pat Peterson (nee Cosentino), age 83, of Indian Head Park, formerly of LaGrange Park, passed away on April 14, 2026. Beloved wife of the late James Peterson. Loving mother of Sheila (Dan) Motherway, Christine (Scott) Freeman, and Megan Peterson. Loving Grandmother of Madelyn and Alyson Motherway, Haley and Carly Freeman, & Piper and Jonah Mumford. Dear sister of Mark Cosentino. Fond friend of many. Mary Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Lillian. Mary Pat will be remembered for her love of antiquing and spending time with friends and family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Visitation 3 to 8pm on Thursday, April 23rd at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Guests are invited to meet the family for 10am Mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, 124 N.
