Nancy Jones J. Green OBITUARY

Nancy J. Green passed away on June 24, 2026 at the age of 97. She was born in Evanston Illinois and lived there nearly her entire life. She was a graduate of Stanford University and worked for Harris Trust in the Trust Department. In 1954, she married Orville C. Green III (deceased) who was Professor of Pediatric Endocrinology at Northwestern Medical School. She was a homemaker and an avid bridge player. She is survived by her three sons, Robert Green (Therese Green), of Lincoln, MA; Richard Green (Penny Green) of Durham, NC, and James Green (Pamela Green) of Boulder, CO.; her grandchildren, Caitlin Green, Virginia Warner, and Lucy Green; Matthew Green, Andrew Green; and Jonathon Green, as well as five great-grandchildren. Burial services will be private. Memorial donations can be made in her name to Doctors Without Borders.
