Beloved wife of the late Frank, devoted mother of Gary Jakubiak and Joyce (Dennis) Doherty, 

loving grandmother of Brian Jakubiak, John Doherty and Frank Doherty; special great-grandmother of Brandon Jakubiak.

Dear sister of the late Marie (late Robert) Handley.

Frank (late Toni) Cerone.  Beloved Aunt Rose, Auntie Babe, many nieces and nephews.

Eternal rest grant unto her, oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.  May She Rest In Peace.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday July 27, 2026 9:00a.m. till the time of the service at 10:00a.m. at Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home 6250 N. Milwaukee Ave, Chicago. Inurnment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
