Timothy W. Storm OBITUARY

Visitation for Timothy W. Storm, 69, of Palatine, will be on Monday, July 13, 2026 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 200 N. Plum Grove Road, Palatine, from 6:00 PM until the Funeral Service at 7:00 PM. Tim was born on July 19, 1956, to Roy and Martha Storm. He died on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

He is survived by brother, Jeffrey M. Storm (Linda); his sister-in-law, Lynn Storm (Larry); niece, Lisa Fink (David); and grandnieces, Kelsey Fink and Kaitlan Koller (Jack). He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Martha Storm; and his brother, Larry. Tim attended Immanuel Lutheran School in Dundee and Dundee Community High School. He attended the University of Illinois-Urbana receiving a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. He worked as the Chief Financial Officer for a variety of employers. He would insist that his greatest and most rewarding contribution to the Palatine community was as coach of the Palatine Travelers Little League baseball team. His fondest memories were of his former players, their parents and his associate coaches. His faith was a great comfort to him and he was deeply devoted to Immanuel Lutheran Church, serving in several capacities. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church of Palatine.
