Sales brisk at Radcliffe
WITHIN NINE months of opening, 50 percent of 171 single-family homes have been sold in the Radcliffe community in west suburban Westmont.
Developed by Town and Country Homes Inc., Radcliffe offers three model homes priced from $88,400 to $97,900. The project currently is in the second phase of development.
”Each of our floor plans has at least three to four bedrooms, 1/2 baths, laundry centers, lots of kitchen cabinet space and attached garages,” said John Robnett, sales manager. ”Families like our roomy floor plans, the quality reputation of the school district, convenience to transportation and the wide variety of shopping.”
The Cambridge, starting from $97,900, has four bedrooms, 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, den and family room with optional fireplace. The master suite features a bath, dressing area and walk-in closet.
The Dartmouth has three or four bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and is priced from $91,900. The upper level has an optional den overlooking the living room. The master suite features a walk-in closet, vanity and private bath. The main level has a family room with optional fireplace, formal dining and living rooms and a gourmet kitchen.
The three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath Stratford, priced from $88,400, has a large kitchen overlooking the family room with optional fireplace and sliding glass doors to the back yard.
