It was with great interest that I read the article about the cockroach
”symposium.” These nondiscriminating little creatures that have been around for 350 million years are said to have met their match in a new roach poison that American Cyanamid Co. has developed. But, I would bet, considering their longevity, some are going to survive this threat, and they are in for a treat.
One fact about cockroaches that was left out in the symposium is that they are resistant to radiation–Russian and American alike. So while all of us people–Russian and American–are annihilated in the nuclear war that our government leaders are determined to lead us into, the despised cockroaches will inherit the Earth.
