Services for Michael Pines, 70, a Cook County probation officer, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Mr. Pines, who died Saturday in his Northbrook home, was deputy chief of the county`s adult probation department. He is survived by his wife, Bert; two daughters, Roberta Wise and Randye; nine grandchildren; a brother; and a sister.
