The French Quarter, one of the seven restaurants in the Palmer House and Towers in downtown Chicago, will undergo a $1 million renovation this fall.
The focal point of the restaurant will be a canopied buffet that will give the illusion of a steamboat cruising down the Mississippi River. The restaurant will offer New Orleans and Cajun specialties.
The renovation of the French Quarter is part of the final stages of the $68 million rejuvenation of the hotel that began in 1983.
