CNW Corp. got approval from the Interstate Commerce Commission to build a 10-mile extension of its Powder River Basin coal line. The new line will run from Coal Creek, Wyo., to serve mines owned by Exxon Coal USA Inc., Amax Coal Co. and Mobil Coal Producing Inc.
