Enterprise Associates of Chicago has completed the Enterprise Office Campus, a single-story, 80,460-square-foot project on a 6.3-acre site at Ill. Hwy. 53 and Dundee Road(Ill. Hwy. 68) in northwest suburban Arlington Heights. Plans by the architectural firm of Friedman Dobrin & Associates call for delf- contained office suites grouped in 5,040-square-foot modules. Suite sizes start at 630 square feet. Each office has a private entrance, solid-core doors, louvered window blinds, carpeting and ceramic-tile bathroom. The project also has a conference center, exercise facility, vending cafeteria, jogging trail and lighted pedestrian courtyards. Annual net rents start at $11.50 a square foot. Frain Camins & Swartchild, Schaumburg, is the leasing agent.
