A special committee set up by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries will meet in January to discuss the cartel`s pricing policy. Indonesian Energy Minister Subroto said the committee will discuss how the cartel can secure a ”fair share” of the depressed oil market while maintaining income levels in the face of growing competition from nations that are not participants in OPEC.
