The Internal Revenue Service will offer toll-free telephone help on Saturdays for people with questions about filing their 1985 income tax returns, according to IRS officials.
The telephone service will be available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday, and on Feb. 8 and 15. Chicago taxpayers should call 435-1040. Taxpayers living outside the city should call 1-800-424-2040.
