RE/MAX of Northern Illinois has reported November home sales were up by 46 percent in dollar volume and 34 percent in transactions compared to the same period a year earlier.
RE/MAX, a network of 60 independent real estate offices covering a six-county area of Northern Illinois, also reported gains in November listings and year-to-date sales through November.
Total home sales in November 1985 reached $112.2 million on 1,225 transactions. Year-to-date sales totaled $1.58 billion, up 49 percent over 1984, and transactions totaled 17,333, up 26 percent.
Total November listings were 963, up 19 percent from 1984.
