Three members of Mayor Harold Washington`s minority bloc in the Chicago City Council abandoned their council colleague, Ald. Martin Oberman (43d), Wednesday to endorse incumbent Neil Hartigan in the race for the Democratic nomination for Illinois attorney general in the March primary.
Aldermen Marion Volini (48th), David Orr (49th) and Burton Natarus (42d)
were among 17 lakefront Democrats whose endorsement was announced at a press conference in Hartigan`s campaign headquarters.
