Itel Corp. reported a net loss of $9.7 million for the fourth quarter. A year earlier it earned $8 million. Itel said its $6.5 million loss for all of 1985 included costs of $2.6 million from personnel cuts and its planned relocation of headquarters to Chicago from San Francisco.
