I applaud the decision of the Illinois Supreme Court which gives the state the right to revoke a driver`s license without a hearing.
Driving must be considered a privilege, not a right. I believe a person who is arrested for drunk driving and has injured another person should immediately lose the privilege of driving, without waiting for the hearing.
