General Electric Co. said it completed the acquisition of RCA Corp. for $6.4 billion. As a result of a Justice Department review, GE said it would sell its vidicon tube business by Nov. 30. Also, under the Federal
Communications Commission`s approval of the merger, GE is required to sell within 18 months five NBC radio stations in New York City, Chicago and Washington, D.C.
