Occidental Petroleum Corp. said it has sold the oil and gas properties of its Lombard-based MidCon Corp. unit for $444 million. As reported, the properties were purchased by Apache Petroleum Co. and Apache Corp. of Minneapolis, and Davis Oil Co. of Denver.
