Commonwealth Edison is akin to a gang of bandits holding the general public at large for ransom payments.
In addition to the skyrocketing of my last two bills there is a new charge of $10.64 labeled as ”customer charge.” When I called about this, I was told it is a charge ”for bringing service into your home.” Such a charge was never there before!
I told this brave man it was nitpicking and his reply was, ”We get you going and coming, don`t we.” Glory be! Where is the commission that is supposed to protect the public from this gouging by a sneaky, monopolistic, cruel utility?
