Ethel G. O`Toole, 85, a Park Ridge resident and the widow of former Chicago Ald. William R. O`Toole (14th), died Tuesday in Resurrection Hospital. Mrs. O`Toole`s husband, who died in 1964, served in the Chicago City Council from 1914 to 1931 and was chairman of the Building and Zoning Committee from 1921 to 1931. There are no immediate survivors. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, 144 S. Northwest Hwy., Park Ridge.
