Elmhurst Memorial Hospital will offer a free beginning exercise program for seniors next Monday and Wednesday in Classroom C at the hospital, 200 Berteau in the western suburb.
A physical therapist will lead the sessions, which will emphasize the health benefits of exercise for older adults.
