Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

I was very upset by your article in Sunday`s Chicagoland section about plans for residents to ”manage” a CHA building. Perhaps before they take on ”managing” the building, they should ”manage” to get a job and get off public aid, and ”manage” to control their gang-affiliated children. Maybe they could ”manage” to get a bucket of soapy water and clean up their hallways.

How can they expect to be able to manage (tax) money, when they aren`t competent to manage their private lives or finances? I think that most people (black, white, and otherwise) in Chicago who work for a living would agree with me.
