— Through its override of the President`s vetoes on two pork barrel budget busters, water resources and highways, Congress has changed the name of the game. It`s no longer the Reagan deficit. Now, the deficit clearly belongs to the Democrats. Maybe we can get them to take old ”Taxes” off our hands.
