It is regrettable that the Illinois Commerce Commission chose to reject the plan put forth by Commonwealth Edison. As a result, it will probably cost the ratepayer more for electricity in the long run than under the plan.
It is good sense that all parties involved reconsider and accept the Edison plan and its recommendations.
